My husband and I had 4 teenage girls with us and the space was very accommodating- all beds were very comfortable like home, the Pool was wonderful with a great balance of shade and sun, and the home overall well stocked!

This condo is spectacular! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable and they have lots of towels and well stocked kitchen. The pool is right outside surrounded by beautiful flowers. There are three separate outdoor sitting areas and I loved them all! The owners are wonderful. The location is very quiet and within walking distance to downtown Scottsdale.

We recently returned from spring break and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everything was as listed and very comfortable throughout our stay. It was a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale and convenient to nearby expressways to go sightseeing. The owners were very nice and were on the property everyday keeping things neat. The pool was shared by other units but we met some very nice people vacationing from other states. The 3-bedroom unit worked well for our family of 5 and the weather couldn't have been better in sunny AZ!

This property has a private parking spot in front of a beautiful iron gate. As you enter the gate and proceed along a long walled pathway, you walk on rose petals under an archway made of climbing roses and trees, eventually reaching the secluded front porch/lounge area. It feels uniquely European in the middle of the desert.


We stayed in the unit with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - perfect for a winter getaway and visit with our adult children. The unit has a very comfortable living room with with a high ceiling, attached dining area and large-screen TV with cable. The internet was screamingly fast on our visit (averaged 400 Mbps). There are 3 different furnished outdoor areas with ample shade to lounge and visit - the pool area, the front porch area, and a very private and shaded back patio area with barbecue. The kitchen was well-equipped with a toaster oven, a toaster, a microwave, a Keurig coffee machine, a Mr. Coffee machine and a Hamilton Beach coffee pot, along with a gas stove and oven. There are two bedrooms upstairs, including the master bedroom with a king bed (the other two bedrooms have queen beds). The master bedroom also has a beautiful lanai, protected from the wind, a great place to catch the early morning sunshine with a cup of coffee while enjoying the wonderful view of the private front patio and pool areas. All beds were super comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The water pressure is not the greatest, but this is probably not unusual in the Phoenix area given the premium of water in the desert. Just be mindful of this when someone is taking a shower!


This property is in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of shade trees. There is quick access to a nearby canal walking/running/biking path which leads to nearby Old Town Scottsdale with fantastic shops (including Sprinkles cupcakes!), bars, mall and dining opportunities. The walk is only about 3 blocks, so you could easily stay here and never use your car other than maybe for a trip to the grocery store (Safeway is only 1 mile away).


The hosts, Jindy and Lauri, were super-friendly and provided great communication throughout the experience.


We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this location. We are definitely looking forward to returning here for an extended winter stay!
